As part of my studies in a Marketing Technology program, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of hands-on projects that tackle real-world business challenges. These include a Salesforce CRM implementation for Holt Renfrew’s Made-to-Measure service, a marketing automation strategy on Shopify for Hablon Styles & Hues, and a Google Ads performance analysis for 826 Digital. Some of these projects were developed in collaboration with real-life clients - both local and international, allowing me to apply industry tools and strategies in a practical setting and deliver impactful solutions.
Salesforce CRM Implementation
This Salesforce solution was designed to transform Holt Renfrew’s Made-to-Measure (MTM) operations from a manual, cluttered workflow into a centralized, data-driven system that supports both efficiency and luxury service. Beyond the key features shown, such as lead capture, client profiles, and production tracking, this solution introduces a structured end-to-end sales process covering consultations, measurement intake, multi-stage fittings, workshop communication, and final delivery. Automated reminders, waitlist management, and activity tracking strengthen client engagement, while improved visibility into orders, VIP clients, and sales performance enables managers to make more informed decisions. Overall, the system reduces operational friction, minimizes errors, and elevates the personalized MTM experience, aligning the service with Holt Renfrew’s high standards of craftsmanship and client care.
Marketing Automation on Shopify
For Hablon Styles & Hues, I redesigned and rebuilt their webstore to modernize the brand's online presence and better connect it with their primary market-booth sales channel. The project introduced a refreshed homepage, event-driven QR sign-up workflows, and customized lead capture forms that automatically tag customers based on where they engaged with the brand. By consolidating all customer and lead information into Shopify's centralized customer database, the business now has a unified view of its audience across both online and physical events. This foundation enables smarter segmentation, supports automated welcome flows, and positions the brand for future growth through scalable marketing initiatives such as customer journey automation and expanded eCommerce development. The result is a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem that bridges the gap between market sales and digital engagement, turning event visitors into repeat online customers while strengthening long-term brand growth.
This solution was ultimately selected by Rhona Doria, the owner of Hablon Styles & Hues as the best proposal for
their operations, due to its simplicity, scalability, and alignment with the way they manage both market-booth
and online sales.
Google Ads Strategies & Performance Analysis

I partnered with 826 Digital through the Google NMI program to analyze, optimize, and relaunch their Google Ads strategy aimed at increasing teacher sign-ups for their literacy resources. After conducting a full audit of past campaign performance, I identified issues in targeting, keyword intent, and conversion setup. I then proposed a new strategic framework focused on clearer goals, higher-intent keywords, and more relevant audience segments. The redesigned campaigns were implemented and monitored over a month, resulting in improved traffic quality and stronger alignment with teacher acquisition objectives. The project concluded with a detailed set of recommendations to guide their future campaign execution, ensuring continued optimization and long-term performance growth.
